Procurement FAQ
Questions before sampling.
What is the difference between goose and duck down comforters?
Goose down is often selected for higher loft and a more premium hand feel, while duck down can be a more cost-efficient natural-fill option. Final specification depends on down percentage, fill weight, shell fabric and sample approval.
What down percentage should hotels specify?
The range can be specified from 60% to 95% down content. Higher down content is typically used when the priority is premium loft, softness and a lighter sleep feel.
What comforter sizes are available?
The catalog size range includes 140x220, 170x220, 190x220, 200x220, 230x220 and 250x220cm, covering single, queen, king and super king bed planning.
What should be checked in a down comforter sample?
Check loft recovery, finished weight, shell hand feel, baffle stitching, fill migration, edge finish, warmth level and the care route before approving bulk production.
